
Tarte pastry (Pate Brise)

Ingredients
- 250 gm flour
- 125 gm butter (1 stick + 1 T.)
- 15 gm sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 3-4 T. water
Directions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt.
- Make well in middle and add egg and butter.
- Mix with hands or cut with two knives.
- Add water as needed to make ball of dough.
- Fridge for 1 hour, then roll.
