Ingredients
- 100 ml. cream
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t.pepper
- 1 T. vinegar
- parsley
- 1 can tuna (400 gr.)
- Coulis:
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 T. vinegar
- 2 T. olive oil
- salt pepper
- 1 t. thyme
Directions
- Do not drain the tuna; keep the liquid!
- Break up the tuna and add the ingredients.
- Put in a small loaf pan, buttered.
- Place in a bain marie (another pan filled with water) and cook for about 30 min.
- Serve cold with tomato coulis.
- Coulis:
- Skin the peppers.
- Chop the tomatoes and peppers.
- Mix with the rest of ingredients.
- Put in fridge.
