Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 t. baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
Directions
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add peanut butter and eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients and add to peanut butter mixture.
- Form into walnut-sized balls and press on cookie sheets with fork, making criss-cross patterns.
- Bake at 325 F. about 10 min. until done.
