“Rhubarb Coffee Cake”
Ingredients
- 150 g. butter
- 250 g. sugar
- 1 t. ground cardamon
- pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 180 g. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 2 dcl (about 150 g.) rhubarb, cubed
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add rest of ingredients, except rhubarb.
- Pour batter in round cake pan.
- Stick cubes of rhubarb into batter.
- Bake about 45 min. at 350 F.
