“Rhubarb Coffee Cake”

Ingredients

  • 150 g. butter
  • 250 g. sugar
  • 1 t. ground cardamon
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g. flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 2 dcl (about 150 g.) rhubarb, cubed

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add rest of ingredients, except rhubarb.
  3. Pour batter in round cake pan.
  4. Stick cubes of rhubarb into batter.
  5. Bake about 45 min. at 350 F.
